I have started paragliding in Dec.1998 & within last 4-5 months I had @ 15 flights.

First two days were spent on ground to practice a takeoff (Ground handling).

Then comes the first flight. First flight was an unforgettable experience.

Flying like a bird without any external power,

Using only a piece of cloth & few strings attached to it.
 

But most important thing for paragliding is good wind & proper site.

If wind conditions are good one can soar for long time near the ridge.

I had two half an hour flights when wind conditions were good.

My other hobbies are trekking & rock climbing.
